Hi jayden,
I had this problem also.
But I have done the following what for me worked:
Before you install goto "fdisk". Then go to the menu (press enter) select
"install Boot manager" then save configuration
If it asks "do you want to write to the partition table" select "ok"/"yes"
then reboot the computer and install freedos.
