Hi Jayden

What does "never booted after installation" mean? Do you mean that you
just get a blank screen, and nothing happens? Or that the system boots
part-way but never finishes coming up?

If the latter: The installation paths might assume C:\FDOS these days.
It's been a while since I've looked at the current installer. If you
can boot your system another way (such as with the installation CD and
dropping back to a DOS prompt) you can edit your CONFIG.SYS and see if
it is referring to C:\SYSTEM or C:\FDOS to find the command shell. You
can edit this back to the proper path.
