I'm only indirectly aware of this kind of problem, but usually it
doesn't crop up.
Of course, this is unintentional and presumably due to my text editor (e3).

It should be inside %BOOT%:\network\STUBS.ZIP.

I think I already worked around it locally but can't remember. Part of
the problem is me relying on undocumented hacks such as calling an
alias. But it may have been something else too.
