Yup, requiring that the program *cannot* be sold (non-commercial only)
is a no-go. But for games, I think it's easy to swap out whatever we
want, these programs are not "core" in the same way that other
programs are. So I don't plan to spend too much time trying to bend my
mind to accommodate a game's license if it's not great. Let's just
replace it. It's a game, we'll find another game. Games don't add to
the core experience of an operating system like DOS.

And anyway, people who want to run non-free games can download those
games and run them.
