Shouldn’t do /pri:100,100 the trick? The ,100 indicates that the first value is 
to be interpreted as a percentage. If you want to specify the size in MB you 
must NOT give the ,100 as a second argument. As an example:

fdisk 1 /clear /pri:2048 /ext:100,100 /log:4096 /log:100,100

Will wipe the disk, create a  ~2048 MB primary partition, an extended spawning 
the rest of the disk and two logical partitions, the first ~4096 MB in size and 
the second filling the rest of the extended partition.
