We had a discussion on BTTR a few months back with no obvious consensus:

Do we want ZOO 2.10 (Cygwin sources) or 2.01 (public domain??) or Booz
(unextract only, no subdirs) or Unzoo (new compression method only,
subdir support)?

If we need a Turbo C++ makefile, I can write one (since I did the same
for NASM16 and NASMLITE back in 2019).
