It's in the FreeDOS Files Archive at Ibiblio, where we keep Freemacs.
Russel provided a long list of fixes that he never rolled into
Freemacs, and I didn't either. But someone who's motivated to get into
Freemacs can probably apply these:

MINT can only be used in Freemacs; there's no standalone MINT interpreter.

If you're interested in adding an edit mode to Freemacs, I think
writing an html-mode would be a welcome addition. I added some notes
here, long ago:

FYI, saying "being a FreeDOS program maintainer sounds masochistic" is
a very annoying comment on an email list that has a bunch of FreeDOS
program maintainers.


Being a "maintainer" for FreeDOS programs may not require a ton of
work. DOS stopped being a moving target in 1995 so it's not like
you're chasing new features. For many programs, most of the
"maintainer" work will be about fixing bugs, or updating things so it
can compile on OpenWatcom.
