Update: I contacted Jacob. I was wrong. One module is in Turbo Pascal but the rest is indeed VB DOS or MS Basic PDS 7.1. I suggested he try the Pascal part in Free Pascal and the rest in the FreeBASIC compiler. He may also join us here.
