So this is kind of funny ... The FDNET is basically a glorified BAT file. But it uses other things, so that creates complications:
- It is using exactly one program from mTCP. The DHCP client. As a result, you are shipping all of the mTCP source code including a 250KB PDF file for developing mTCP programs. - What it is shipping is also 5 years out of date .. and DHCP has changed a bit in 5 years. For 1.4 the DHCP client should be updated to the same version of mTCP that is being shipped. In the future we need a way to not ship all of mTCP source code when you are using just one program. Just including DHCP and a pointer to the mTCP source package would be reasonable. Mike
