replace "readable" by "understandable for inexperienced C programmers"

the point is, the code should be as "understandable" as possible to as much people as possible, so everyone potentially can
review the code, and contribute new code.


I can't truely judge how understandable source code is. But, for example, I can see if I understand something like algorythms/code in config.c

I'll have a look at FreeDOS again one of these days - I'm playing too much games anyway instead of releasing a new FreeDOS..
