I can't run Lemmings on my machines, period. It locks up, including under MS HIMEM and EMM386. So not much I can do about it.
Everything else sounds likely to be errors or problems in the applications. I don't have a problematic application here, other than Lemmings. And DOS/32A unhappy with too much memory -- don't know if that's all versions or just the one I have.
todo.txt emm386.txt and emm386.lsm are all outdated
