Last I know is that Chkdsk only properly operates on FAT12/FAT16, 
without support for FAT32, however also no warning mentioning the 
suggestion of using DOSFSCHK instead.
I'm not sure if long file name support is implemented in CHKDSK (be 
DOSLFN/LFNDOS active currently or not..).
