There is, but you'll need to provide a little more detail -- specifically which keyboard layout you're wanting to use (presumably one that matches your country, language/dialect, and physical keyboard layout). International support in DOS is complicated -- it can take a combination of several DOS commands to setup the computer correctly. Do you know which keyboard layout you're wanting to implement?
