I just shared that lynx updated this week. Curious about the DOS port of
lynx from 2021?
Hopefully those behind that port will update it now.
Glad you located this copy of Elinks as well.
I do have a question about an error I am getting when I try to install.
apparently the program is looking to create its config directory. The
error indicates it is looking for home, but as i run DOS only, I need to
edit whatever is acting as the .bat I suppose?
I copied the files themselves from the bin directory into a c:\elinks one.
Still, tried running the elinks executable from within bin as well, yet
am unsure where the file is I need to edit so it reflects my path?
Or, can I create the config as a sub directory?

still, there are places I can reach in elinks, in the Linux shells I use
at least, that I cannot reach with any other tool.
It seasons my desire to test out this recent DOS build.
