Hi Dimitry,
what about disabling the new color feature, not by commenting out but by an
expert option, and releasing beta 11? Thus users could get a fix for
critical problems with beta 9 without having to resort to using a version
with broken colors.

I am doing the tests and see that there are still some problems with the
new color features: changing of the font color for the selection is non
trivial for HTML nodes. I need a bit more time to find a solution.
