Not quite right. If an image is embedded within a map, it can be written
into a temporary file upon the creation of the corresponding node view, and
then displayed in the node view's JLabel. There would be not too many
temporary files created in this way, as (a) either the map is small, or (b)
if the map is large, only a fraction of it is shown in node views.
Before a solution is implemented, a structured overview of possible
solutions with an analysis of advantages and disadvantages would be welcome.
