The requirements on the CrossOver version are pretty old (current is 
version 6.x), hence it might even work with Wine, but it wouldn't be 
supported, of course.

For my part, I would kindly request that all effort is done that such 
un-free software is not made a default part of the build process. Else I 
care less.
