If we want to align with the "standard" (Microsoft & OpenOffice), you 
get a question at save time stating that it's an old format, and if you 
want to overwrite it with the new format or save under another name.
A "don't remind me" checkbox could be ambiguous (for this file only, or 
for any file), I would leave it out.
