Now, what is it that prevents relicensing FreeMind to GNU GPL V3? FreeMind
is currently on V2+, so upgrading to V3 should be possible, as far as I can
see. Are there any problems that an upgrading to GPL V3 would create? And
are there any problems that such an upgrade would leave unresolved?
