Init Script for RH

Hi,

I'm just in the process of installing and testing FreeRadius and noticed
that in my Red Hat 7.1 installation the software installs to
/usr/local/sbin, but the /etc/init.d/radiusd file checks /usr/sbin
instead, so it does not start.  It of course works fine after changing
the init script, but thought it should be noted.
