  Are you sure?  The default 'rc.radiusd' script is installed in the
sbin directory, along with the 'radiusd' binary.  And the 'rc.radiusd'
script points to the sbin directory where the 'radiusd' binary is
installed.

  I don't see the place where it installs something in /etc/init.d
