Still problems with rlm_dbm_parser

When running rlm_dbm_parser I get the following. rlm_dbm_parser is located in the raddb directory. After the execution I cannot find a dbm file.

PLEASE HELP!!!

rlm_dbm_parser -c -i users -o users1 -x
Use dictionary in: /usr/local/etc/raddb
