  Yeah, but you had probably installed and configured software
before.  There's a certain sub-set of people who expect that
installing complicated servers should be blindingly obvious, even if
they've never seen a computer before.

  I'm not sure I need encouragement... or so my wife says.

  But statements like "it's all crap" just make me laugh.  I don't get
annoyed at them, because it's obvious that it's a lost cause, and I
don't want to waste my time helping people who are unwilling to help
themselves.
