I have done that. I am likely not giving near enough info to get help.

I client.conf I have 2 entries like this:
client 208.19.10.131{
       # secret and password are mapped through the "secrets" file.
       secret      = sharedsecret
       shortname   = liv2
       # the following three fields are optional, but may be used by
       # checkrad.pl for simultaneous usage checks
       nastype     = livingston
       login       = !root
       password    = password1
}

In users I have this:

DEFAULT Auth-Type := Local
        Simultaneous-Use = 1,
        Service-Type = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-Routing = Broadcast-Listen,
        Idle-Timeout = 900,
        Session-Timeout = 28800,
        Filter-Id = "firewall",
        Fall-Through = 1

Am I on the right track here? Do I need to add SNMP config settings to the
portmasters or something?

Thanks

Matt
