File a bug report on bugs.freeradius.org. Include a short description of "features" that have to be added to any RADIUS server (not just FreeRADIUS) to work with the AP. Name the AP by manufacturer, and model. Then, wait for google to index it, and watch when the manufacturer notices that people start asking questions about "why their AP doesn't do RADIUS".
