What LDAP server do you use? IIRC OpenLDAP, AD, and Lotus Domino needs
different configuration. Also what client are you using? Do you use
additional 3rd party supplicant?

Like the message said, No "known good" password was found in LDAP. I'm
guessing it's not OpenLDAP.
