I think it is a bit early to make that conclusion. We only know that it 
doesn't work for you for some reason.

FreeRDP is redirected to 10.100.30.227:3389, but that connection is 
rejected.

Can you connect there directly? With FreeRDP and/or mstsc?

What happens when you connect with mstsc? Is it redirected to the same 
address? Netstat or wireshark can tell you.
