I shall look again tomorrow at why sound works OK to 2003 server but not 2008R2
yet both seem to show the rdpsnd_alsa_set_format's being returned in the
console although a working one has nChannels=2 and the one which doesn't has
nChannels=1 but I shall look at this tomorrow.
