Yes but that is true of all projects. Just because it's GPL does that make it legal? I know of things that happened in rdesktop that could invalidate rdesktop license. Should we pull rdesktop? Peter always run a script called indent.sh that would change the white space in files. In fact, that is how he can clam so many rdesktop changes but most of them are indent changes. No real work done. So a real black duck type review needs to be done.
