That's something that can happen to any project, at any time.

And it's a very rare thing indeed.  It's enormously expensive to
successfully prosecute a case.

I've been involved in some lawsuits over the years on both sides of the
tables and it was incredibly expensive and nobody really wins.  Only the
lawyers.



Peter has made some assertions but not provided one shred of
documentation at all about these.

If he has some specific complaint, let's see it.  What code, what file?
