There is a way (tm).  We can do one of two things:  Build /dev/sequencer
support into FreeSCI and link Timidity's emulation layer in, OR we can
try to use Timidity's "server" frontend, which we can connect to and
send raw events to at will.  I'm inclined to do the latter, as it
doesn't need Timidity to be compiled and linked into FreeSCI.  I'm still
investigating what it can do and in what semblance of realtime-ness.
