Log message:
1) fixed the Makefile so that people without cfsml.pl on their path (&|
'./' in their path)  can compile cfsml.pl

2) The copies of the generated files in cvs were way out of date; but
didn't get re-compiled by Make for some reason.. generating a lot of
linking errors.

Hmm.  If they're auto-generated, how's about removing 'em from the cvs
hierarchy altogether?  :)
