It was from the main menu after the title screen. It gets a little more interesting - I ran it again after reading your message and it worked. I went to the config file and set the synth to hardware from microsoft software synth, and it bombed on that run. I immediately closed the bombed version and ran it again without making changes to the config file....and this time it worked. So whatever the problem is, it is kinda inconsistant. Side note - whenever I have the mouse pointer on the new game button on the title screen's main menu, it doesn't actually let me click on the button. I either have to arrow key over and hit enter...or slightly click off to the bottom right of the button. I believe this is a known issue with the mouse though, isn't it? (Same problem with any of the top bar menus in SCI games as well as moving a character around) - Chris _________________________________________________________________ Join the worlds largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
