0) added 'freesci' to the .cvsignore file
1) Some bugfixes in the adlib emulator driver:
a) Better commenting; what's going on is clearer.
b) Bugfixes in the volume setting code.
c) Better reset/init code.
It's getting better, but still doesn't spit out sound. (The problem
definately lies with the emulator or how I'm driving it)
