Whee, another set of fixes in adlib-land!
0) Bumped up the pcm chunk size. stutters less now. :)
1) The adlib devices do not play the rhythm channel.
2) and *drum roll* 12-voice adlib emulation!
It's sounding better and better now. I think we're almost ready to
kill the midiout_ossopl3 driver.
The adlib emulator can go up to 16 voices, but it'll take a little more
work on my part, and the max number of voices so far I've seen is 11.
