Hi All,
I use QDEC to compare two groups differences, find some regions with
significant differences. Considering this regions as ROI, i want to extract
the mean thickness of ROIs for every subject, then compute the correlation
between mean thickness and some scales . My questions is : should I extract
mean thickness from the individual space or the common space?
Any advice would be most appreciated
