If you have an ROI that is defined by statistical activation in the
group analysis, it is not necessary to map that back to each individual
(and will certainly be more complicated to do so). Instead, create a
label and run mri_segstats with the --slabel optionand using the y.mgh
as input and specifying an output with the "--avgwf avg-in-label.dat".
This will create a file called avg-in-label.dat with a list of numbers
in it.
