I am running Freesurfer 7.3.2 on T1 images (LPI orientation) with
176*256*256 FOV, 1mm isotropic resolution.
I saw that the Ants N4 bias correction is done after the FOV is
expanded to 256*256*256, not on the original image. Shouldn’t the
zeros in the expanded image affect the bias correction?
