Hi Bruce.
Great Idea. But your idea to lock out freqs give me headache. For
example here in germany with an amateur radio licence you are allowed to
own any tx/rx you want. At least this paternalism should be removable
for non US hams :-) Maybe something like Wifi CRDA in the linux kernel.
