Hi Ronan,

If you're not a programmer this might sound very scary, but... why not
write one then?  There are a lot of documents about how to write
software for the Android platform.
If any of these apps which you talk about are open source then you
could use them as a starting point.  Just change the code a little bit
at a time to make it do more and more like what you want!
