Hello!
I'm trying to build from the codec2-dev repository, but there seem to be
files missing. From revision 2332 on, src/codebook/lspdt.txt seems to be
split into lspdt1-4.txt and lspdt5-10.txt, which is easy to correct in
Makefile{,.am}. Moreover src/codebook/gecb.txt is missing, and there is
no rule in Makefile to generate it. This is where I got stuck. Is
gecb.txt some "secret ingredient", or is it just missing in the archive?
