Ok, after 36 builds (Fedora 17, 18, 19, EL 6 for both i686 & x86_64...) and
creating a repository for each I have pushed all the packages and
repository data to files.freedv.org. There's also a repository package for
both:

Fedora:
http://files.freedv.org/freedv-repo-1.0-1.fedora.noarch.rpm

EL/CentOS/SL 6:
http://files.freedv.org/freedv-repo-1.0-1.el.noarch.rpm

These can also be linked on the freedv.org site as appropriate.
