As somebody who tried to get VOIP working on it I am in full agreement with you
- just try and send all your network and USB traffic through the one USB port
on the Broadcom chip...
I went for the Cubieboard, nice and cheap and George at
https://store.iotllc.com/home.php does a really nice baseboard that breaks
everything out!
