I think this is a good idea but I think the licences are in-compatible at
the moment. If you include codec2(LGPL) in to Opus(BSD) then the whole
thing would have to be LGPL. I think the developers would have to agree to
re/dual-licence codec2 to BSD for this to be possible. This is not always
easy as you should get the permission of all contributors.
