I created a DLL version of just the 700C codec. The encoder worked just
fine, but the decoder caused me great difficulty.
It turns out I was using the "-fsingle-precision-constant" compiler option
(C89) and by taking that out, I finally had binary compatibility of encode
and decode.
I'm 99% certain that no one else would be interested in this, but I'll
stick it out there. I'm playing with a cohpsk and 700c DLL's for a project
idea.
