Thanks David,

The ARDOP2 directory has a LICENSE file that says the code is GPL :-)

Also seem to be a few Codec 2 ofdm files in there, but not linked to
anything.  I think John said on the ARDOP list he hasn't released the
latest code with the OFDM work.
