I think I'm missing newlib (getting can't find _exit during compiler
testing) but doesn't look like Ubuntu 18 has the same problem as <=17.
I need to setup my VM so I can remote into it rather than use it directly.
Command line only doesn't seem to integrate well with VirtualBox even
though I installed the Extensions.
