Tom, I wrote the invoice dump script. However, since then, database
schema has partially changed, and I have not had time to update the
script. Could you please use the schema as denoted in build.sql and fix
the script? If you mail me the updated script as well as a diff, I will
say a plethora of kind things about you and upload your changes.
