This is exactly why this project is Open Source. Imagine if you were working
with a closed source product. Your only hope in fixing these problems would
be to try to convince the company who made it to fix them for you. Even
then, they still might not do it and you would be shit out of luck.
So, take a deep breath and try to solve these problems. I'm sure that Leon
and JJ will help you. Posting rants to the list might make you feel better,
but they really don't serve any real purpose for the 150 other people on
this list.
