I absolutely agree that its a very cool solution..

For me as a php-beginner the situation in search_results seems quite
different from the one in departments, am I wrong? I hope that I'm wrong
because I would like to use that solution. If you tell me it's possible I
will try to adapt it...with some help maybe?
